BUROCRAZIA E QUALCHE SUGGERIMENTO...

Ti chiediamo un attimo di attenzione per evitare incomprensioni

Per guidare un quad è necessario possedere la patente B e quindi avere almeno 18 anni. 

Il limite minimo di età per l'eventuale passeggero è di 9 anni.

Per la durata dell’escursione ti verrà noleggiato un quad, comprensivo di carburante e assicurazione RC contro terzi. Inoltre ti verranno dati un casco omologato (obbligatorio), un sotto casco usa e getta, e un impermeabile, per eventuale pioggia, a te e al tuo passeggero.

Ti consigliamo di adeguare il tuo abbigliamento alla stagione in cui effettui l’escursione e alle condizioni meteo. Comunque, al di là di tutto, ti consigliamo di indossare scarpe chiuse da ginnastica, da trekking o scarponcini, pantaloni lunghi e una felpa o una giacca leggera. Considera che un po’ ci si sporca sempre, quindi evita abbigliamento che non vuoi rovinare.

Viene ovviamente richiesta a tutti la puntualità. In caso di ritardo comunicacelo via sms/whatsapp/signal.

L’orario indicato prevede circa 15min per sbrigare le questioni burocratiche, quindi, appena arrivati in loco, ti inviteremo a lasciare i tuoi dati personali utili per la fatturazione elettronica, che ti verrà spedita via mail, e per compilare il contratto di noleggio che sarai tenuto a firmare. Tranquillo, rispettiamo la tua privacy, NON divulgheremo mai i tuoi dati.

Ci sarà un breve briefing in cui ti spiegheremo:

• Come si utilizza il quad
• Le regole da rispettare durante l’escursione

Successivamente dovrai firmare il contratto di noleggio. Di seguito le principali clausole sintetizzate, con il solo scopo di facilitarti la comprensione di quello che, in maniera più dettagliata e formale, troverai scritto nel contratto:

• La dichiarazione di non averci fornito informazioni false sulle tue generalità
• La dichiarazione di aver capito come usare correttamente il quad e di rispettare le regole del codice stradale durante il periodo del noleggio (no alcolici, no droghe, limiti di velocità, etc.), eventuali multe saranno a tuo carico
• Il prendere atto che il quad che ti viene fornito è in perfette condizioni, perfettamente funzionante, con manutenzione regolare certificata e con una assicurazione RC contro terzi
• L’essere responsabile, nel periodo di noleggio, del corretto uso del quad, della attrezzatura fornita e degli eventuali danni causati agli stessi per tua negligenza che, nel caso, accetti di rimborsare
• Lo sgravio di responsabilità (manleva) nei nostri confronti per qualsiasi danno subito da te o dal tuo passeggero derivante dall’uso del quad nel periodo di noleggio. Questo vale anche in caso di perdita o danni a cose tue personali perché lasciate nel quad o per danni derivanti da ogni altra causa fuori dal nostro controllo
• L’accettazione delle norme sulla privacy come stabilite dalla normativa di legge per la tutela del trattamento dei dati personali

A fine tour, il quad verrà riconsegnato e, se è andato tutto bene, il contratto sarà terminato. In caso di danni verrà invece eseguita la procedura di addebito dei danni riscontrati.  

REGOLE DI PRENOTAZIONE E DISDETTA

ATTENZIONE: prenota on-line quando sei sicuro, perché, per nostra tutela, in caso di disdetta ti verrà rimborsato SOLO il 50% di quanto pagato, e comunque SOLO se la disdetta avviene non oltre 48 ore prima dell’ora prevista per l’escursione. Diversamente NON ti sarà riconosciuto alcun rimborso. La richiesta di disdetta deve essere inviata tramite sms/whatsapp/signal.

In caso di maltempo l’escursione avviene comunque, se non diversamente specificato da noi via sms/whatsapp/signal. L’escursione può essere cancellata a nostra discrezione, ma comunque SOLO nella remota eventualità che vi siano effettivi dubbi legati alla sicurezza. Ci riserviamo la possibilità di cancellazione con un preavviso minimo di un’ora, ovvero anche un’ora prima della partenza può essere cancellata l’escursione in quanto tendiamo a valutare il meteo fino all’ultimo momento, visti i cambi meteorologici repentini cui è soggetta la nostra zona.

Se l’escursione viene cancellata, sarà rinviata ad una data futura. Se non ti fosse possibile posticipare ad un’altra data, ti verrà fatto un voucher, per l’importo pagato, con validità un anno, che ti verrà spedito via email e che potrai utilizzare per una futura prenotazione da concordare con anticipo via mail in base alla disponibilità.  

CAUZIONE E DANNI

Come gesto di fiducia e agevolazione NON ti chiediamo alcuna cauzione MA, in caso di danni imputabili alla tua responsabilità, eventualità che speriamo non succeda mai, il contratto che firmerai prevede che sei tenuto a pagare immediatamente al rientro dal tour le parti del quad danneggiate, pena denuncia alle autorità.

CLEAR AGREEMENTS LONG FRIENDSHIP…

We ask you for a moment of attention to avoid misunderstandings.

To drive a quad you must have a car driving license and therefore be at least 18 years old. 

The minimum age limit for any passenger is 9 years.

For the duration of the excursion you will rent a quad, including fuel and liability insurance. In addition, you and your passenger, if any, will be given an approved helmet (mandatory), a disposable helmet liner, and a raincoat.

We advise you to adapt your clothing to the season in which you are going on the excursion and to the weather conditions. However, above all else, we recommend that you wear closed-toe trainers, trekking shoes or hiking boots, long trousers and a sweatshirt or a light jacket. Consider that you always get a little dirty, so avoid clothing that you don't want to ruin.

Punctuality is obviously required. In case of delay, let us know via sms/whatsapp/signal.

The time indicated provides about 15min to deal with bureaucratic matters, therefore, as soon as you arrive on site, we will invite you to leave your personal data useful for electronic invoicing, which will be sent to you by email, and to fill in the rental agreement which you will be required to sign. Don't worry, we respect your privacy, we will NEVER disclose your data.

There will be a short briefing where we will explain:

• How to use the quad
• The rules to be respected during the excursion

You will then need to sign the rental agreement. Below are the main clauses summarized, with the purpose of facilitating your understanding of what, in a more detailed and formal way, you will find written in the rental agreement:

• The declaration that you have not provided us fake information about your personal details
• The declaration that you have understood how to use the quad correctly and that you respect the traffic rules during the rental period (no alcohol, no drugs, speed limits, etc.), any fines will be your responsibility
• Acknowledging that the quad supplied to you is in perfect condition, fully functional, with certified regular maintenance and with liability insurance
• Being responsible, during the rental period, for the correct use of the quad, for the equipment provided and for any damage caused to them due to your negligence which, in the case, you agree to refund
• The release of liability towards us, for any damage suffered by you or your passenger or by third people or things deriving from the use of the quad during the rental period. This also applies in the event of loss or damage to your personal things because you leaved them in the quad or for damages deriving from any other causes beyond our control
• Acceptance of the privacy rules as established by the legislation for the protection of the processing of personal data

At the end of the tour, the quad will be returned and, if everything went well, the contract will be terminated. In the event of damage, you must refund it.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION RULES

ATTENTION: book on-line when you are sure, because, for our protection, in the event of cancellation you will be refunded ONLY 50% of the amount paid, and in any case ONLY if the cancellation is made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time for the excursion. Otherwise you will NOT be recognized any refund. The cancellation request must be sent via sms/whatsapp/signal.

In case of bad weather the excursion takes place anyway, unless otherwise specified by us via sms/whatsapp/signal. The excursion can be cancelled at our discretion, but in any case ONLY in the remote event that there are actual doubts related to safety. We reserve the right to cancel with a minimum of one hour notice, as we tend to evaluate the weather until the last moment, given the sudden changes in weather to which it is subjected our area.

If the excursion is cancelled, it will be postponed to a future date. If it’s not possible for you to postpone it to another date, you will be given a voucher, for the amount paid, valid for one year, which will be sent to you by email and which you can use for a future booking to be agreed in advance by email in based on availability.

DEPOSIT AND DAMAGES

As a gesture of trust and facilitation, we DO NOT ask you for any deposit BUT, in the event of damage attributable to your responsibility, an eventuality that we hope will never happen, the rental agreement you will sign provides that you are required to pay the damaged parts of the quad immediately upon return from the tour, penalty report to the authorities.
